CENTER STYLE ACTIVITIES

Thanksgiving Number Match

I am loving these number 1-10 cards which are great for number recognition, subitizing, and sorting!

ABC PARADE

Print out these adorable ABC cards to build your own ABC parade. You can hide them around the room, then have your littles hunt, find, and order them to create an alphabet parade train!

Counting Bread Rolls

I love a good counting activity and this one is sure to be a hit! Set up a bread basket with rolls for counting then invite your littles to pick a number strip, identify the number, and count the rolls!

Family Name Cards

Use these family name word cards in multiple ways! Pick and pair with magnetic letters for building family words or use the included sheet for a “My Family” drawing and label project!

Thanksgiving Food Sensory Bin

Here is a fun pick and match Thanksgiving food activity! Cut out the food friends and toss them in a sensory bin. Have your littles pick a food, name it, then match it to the plate mat. Follow up by having them share their favorite Thanksgiving Day food!

Food Play-Doh Mats

Does your child like Play-Doh? These fun Thanksgiving food mats are great for building fine motor skills and perfect to pull out anytime during turkey week!

HANDS-ON IDEAS

This FUN resource also includes direction sheets for some hands-on activities that your kids will LOVE!

Sensory Bin Idea

Fill a bin with all the FALL things then use it throughout the week for play and learning! Here I added a fun “I Spy” counting activity where I invited my girls to “hunt” for a certain number of each listed item.

Corn Craft

This adorable fine motor corn craft was inspired by School Time Snippets and is perfect for little hands! Grab our FAVORITE hole punchers on AMAZON!

Family Painting

You GUYS! I can’t get over how CUTE this sponge paint family name portrait craft is! For this one, my littles used a rectangle sponge for the bodies, a circle sponge dabber for the heads, and then Sharpies to finish up each person. These are the perfect “My Family” self-portraits and make great keepsakes!

I can’t wait to pull out these activities in just a few weeks! If you’re looking to check out the complete MINI SET of Thanksgiving Themed Centers and ACTIVITIES you can find them here.
