Family Favorite Yogurt Bark

This yogurt bark snack is a FAVORITE in our house and I’m not mad about it! It only takes a few simple ingredients to whip it up and it is a treat I don’t feel guilty about serving. YUM!

I LOVE getting the girls in the kitchen and if you’re looking for a simple recipe that your kiddos can help out with ADD THIS ONE TO YOUR LIST.

*The amounts listed here are approximate and can easily be adjusted more or less to your liking.

CHECK OUT THE INGREDIENTS
-32oz Greek Yogurt (plain or flavored)
-6 Strawberries (large)
-1/8 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
-1/8 Cup Honey (optional)
-Baking Sheet lined with Parchment Paper (we use a 10×13 baking sheet with lip)
Kid Knives (if your littles help out in the kitchen I highly recommend these #afflink)

Once you have collected all ingredients start by cutting the strawberries into tiny bite-size pieces.

Then, take your parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and dump the greek yogurt onto the center of it. Use the back of a spoon and spread evenly to fill the entire pan. *IF adding honey mix this in now before spreading evenly.

Sprinkle the yogurt with strawberries. Lightly push them into the yogurt.

Add mini chocolate chips (A LOT OR  A LITTLE) then FREEZE!

2-4 Hours later pull out the tray and set on the counter. Wait a few minutes before pulling the parchment paper out of the pan. Then, crack the bark into pieces.

Enjoy! I always like to keep a batch of yogurt bark in the freezer for an easy afternoon treat. Store the bark pieces in a Ziploc bag and enjoy it throughout the week.
